The weather wasn’t all it could have been but that didn’t stop the fun at the 2013 instalment of CarFest South at Laverstoke Park Farm near Basingstoke in Hampshire. The Nissan Hi-Cross Concept is heading for a debut at the Geneva Motor Show, and appears to be a sibling for the Juke and Qashqai – the new 2013 Nissan X-Trail. The photo above is a tease for the Nissan Hi-Cross Concept which is heading for Geneva, and dropped in to our inbox together with information from Nissan on the Hi-Cross. Mitsubishi will enter this new turbodiesel Racing Lancer into 2009's back-from-the-dead Dakar Rally. Mitsubishi is pinning all its hopes on the Racing Lancer in its bid to take an eight straight title. It's the first time a Japanese manufacturer has used a diesel car in the event, but the Europeans have competed with derv racers before.
